Return and Refund Policies

At Rishta by Arjun Saluja Studio, a product once bought cannot be returned or exchanged irrespective of a domestic or international order, neither on off rack nor on made to order pieces. However, in the following scenarios it is possible to exchange the product.

1. You have received an incorrect product/ different from what you have placed an order for
2. If the merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective.
3. If there has been an unprecedented delay in your order and Rishta by Arjun Saluja has not notified you of the same, within 1 week from the date of order placed.
4. Products purchased on sale/discount cannot be returned or exchanged. It can only be restored or altered depending on the (physical) limitations of the product at a pre-decided cost which will be shared once the request of alteration / restoration is raised with us over email at sales@rishtabyarjunsaluja.in. If the garment does not have the allowance enough for alterations or if there are any other restrictions related to restoration or alteration, the company holds the right to deny the request of alteration or restoration.

In all the above scenarios, the client must notify Rishta by Arjun Saluja Studio about the issue over a call or Whatsapp during business hours but most importantly with an email (sales@rishtabyarjunsaluja.in) stating the concerns clearly along with the images of the problem areas in the outfit within 24 hours of receiving it. However, it is only after receiving an acknowledgment of the same from Rishta by Arjun Saluja Studio; you may send the outfit back to us for the necessary corrective actions. Unsolicited returns will not be received without authorization. The customer will be responsible to pick-up products sent without prior intimation. Once the garment is received by Rishta by Arjun Saluja, please be informed that the sole discretion of accepting the return and/or exchange of the rejected piece lies with Rishta by Arjun Saluja Studio only based on the timelines and quality of the
returned piece. While returning the outfit please ensures that the merchandise is unused, and is in a properly sealed condition as you received it, with its original packaging.
The decision however will be taken within 2-3 business days of receiving the outfit and you will be duly notified of the same.

All approved returns and/or exchanges are given in the form of credit notes with a maximum validity of 6 months and are redeemable solely at Rishta by Arjun Saluja E-shop website, the credit notes can be redeemed during the End of Season Sale period as well.

Shipping Information

It will take about 3 week for an order to dispatch from our studio. Weekends and public holidays are not considered as working days.

Domestic

We offer complimentary domestic shipping. The shipping could take about 3-6 working days, subject to your geographical location within India. All the shipping details will be shared over an email with you.

International

International shipping is chargeable. The shipping could take about 7-12 working days, subject to your geographical location. For International deliveries, the shipping cost is calculated at the time of placing the order depending on the value, weight and volume of the products purchased.

Please note: All international orders may be subject to import/custom duties or local taxes, which are levied by the importing country you are in and as the recipient, you are liable to clear the payment of these to release your order from customs on arrival. We advise checking with your local custom authorities to find correct information on import duties from India.
